Many people are affected by stress today. Stress is a feeling we get when we are struggling to handle everything that is going on in our lives. Each and every person is affected differently and has different ways of dealing with it. It is important not to compare yourself to anybody else; your threshold at a given point in your life may not be the same as the next person. Stress is common, however this does not mean it should be dismissed. It is important to deal with stress and figure out why you feel this way – often it may not be the most obvious reason. I offer counselling and support for those affected.
